REGN was formed in 2025 by a group of colleagues from the University of Virginia: architects, environmental scientists, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and consultants who saw the same gap in disaster recovery and decided to fill it.
We are a nonprofit. Our interdisciplinary consulting is delivered at no cost to the communities we serve.
